Set in the beautiful Tilton House nestled within the South Downs National Park, this reviving 2 day retreat run by nutritional therapist and Alchemy founder Karen Newby will be centred on replenishing our tired souls with the help of nourishing plant based food, nutrition talks, a luxurious 2 hour hypnotherapy session, restorative yoga and a foraging walk. The focus will be to re-connect us with ourselves again using the power of plants and nature. Join Karen and some of her esteemed naturopathic friends to guide you through 48 hours of blissful nourishment for mind and body this Spring.

My clients continue to be surprised at how often quite simple changes to their diet and lifestyle can impact their feeling of wellbeing.
