Candy has been teaching Pilates and fitness for over 13 years, and shares her passion for encouraging mindful, precise movement in her teaching. Together with a state of balance and wellbeing, you can expect to unwind completely during your stay, choosing to relax with a massage or treatment and take stunning walks in the South Down National Park to get your ‘nature fix’ before enjoying our chef’s delicious and nutritious meals.
