Bank Holiday Forrest Yoga, Restoration and Meditation Summer Retreat SOLD OUT


OUTLINE

The aim of this retreat is to take time for yourself to be immersed in your yoga practice. We will explore many of the branches of yoga throughout the 4 days. Forrest yoga to strengthen, align and bring suppleness to the body as well as landing our awareness into an embodied state to clear out what is not serving us so that we can welcome our spirit in.  Restorative/yin/gentle yoga and yoga nidra to also allow the body to take deep rest and cultivate deeper awareness, meditation to steady the mind and expand our consciousness and kirtan/chanting to vibrate our whole being as well as nourish our hearts.

Craig is a highly experienced yoga teacher with 15 years experience. He has dedicated his adult life to the study of spiritual and healing practices, training in various forms of yoga and meditation as well as yoga therapy and Sanskrit. As well as study he has taught all over the world as well as trained many teachers on numerous teacher trainings.

Craig teaches a practice that challenges, uplifts and heals by allowing us to explore the playing field that is our own body, mind and spirit. Being able to see ourselves in a light and humorous way and flirt with our edge is an opportunity to grow from the relationship we have with ourselves.
Before coming to yoga Craig suffered from depression and lack of direction. Yoga and meditation have given him great stability and opened up a journey of growth, insight and joy. His intention is for everyone to experience the healing effects of yoga practice and to create an opportunity for change so that we can all live a life that feels empowered and confident.


All food is vegetarian and also refined sugar and gluten free.

Accommodation is shared rooms with shared bathrooms. Twin rooms can be made into kingsized for couples.

5pm Forrest yoga practice

6.30pm Dinner

8.30pm Yoga Nidra

Saturday and Sunday

8am Chanting and morning meditation

8.30am Breakfast

10.30 Forrest yoga

1pm Lunch and free time

4.30pm Restorative yoga and yoga nidra

6.30pm Dinner

8.30pm Kirtan

Monday morning as Sunday with departures after lunch latest by 3pm
