In Autumn, when longer days start to wrap around us, we naturally move inwards. It's a time when the trees let go of what is no longer necessary, sending their energy down into the roots preparing for a time of quietness, grounding and nurturing. We can follow their example, gifting us with time for ourselves and with nurturing practices for the body and the mind, returning to our centre during this transitional time and preparing for winter.
During the weekend we will practise asana (physical practice), pranayama (breathing practices), restorative and yoga nidra (yogic sleep). Everyone is welcome, beginners included.
