Join JOSIE for a three-day yoga retreat in the Sussex countryside. Nestled in the rolling hills of the South Downs is award winning Tilton House which is less than two hours from St Albans/ London.


As well as yoga classes, meditation and deep relaxation sessions you will have the opportunity to treat yourself, whether walking in the beautiful countryside, enjoying the cedar wood sauna or having a private massage. You may just want to sit by the fire and read a book!


On Saturday there will be a gong meditation and at meal times you will be served delicious vegetarian food. However you choose to spend your time you will leave feeling calm and revitalised, with a clearer mind and a cleaner body.


Accommodation is available in twin or single rooms.


A maximum of 10 people are welcome on the retreat so please book as soon as you can.

9pm                        Deep relaxation session (optional)


Saturday 3rd Feb

7.30am                        Morning meditation and pranayama (optional)

8am – 9.30am            Yoga class

9.30am                        Breakfast

Free time to explore, optional group walk to the lovely Charleston House home of Bloomsbury artists, Vanessa Bell and Duncan Grant

1.30pm                        Lunch

Free time to rest, digest, explore, have a treatment.

4.30 to 6.30pm -             Yoga class

7.30pm                         Dinner

9- 10pm                         Gong meditation


Sunday 4th Feb

7.30am                        Morning meditation and pranayama (optional)

8 – 9.30am                        Yoga class

9.30am                         Breakfast

Free time to explore, optional group walk, book a treatment or simply relax

1pm                                     Lunch and goodbyes

3pm                                     Depart
