Depending on the experience of the participants, there will be the option of one of two sessions in the morning, dynamic, alignment-focussed yoga flow or yoga fundamentals at a slower pace. This will be balanced in the afternoons with restorative yoga, breathing and mindfulness practices.
The aim is for you to leave on Sunday feeling refreshed and relaxed, and inspired by deeper insights into how your yoga practice can more powerfully support your life.

Suitable for experienced practitioners and newer yogis with at least 6 months yoga experience
Justine is a highly qualified yoga teacher with 17 years of dedicated practice and eight years full-time teaching experience. She teaches dynamic alignment-focused hatha yoga, integrating the slower nurturing practices of pranayama (breathing exercises), restorative yoga and mindfulness meditation to create a balanced experience of wellbeing for body, mind and heart. She creates an inclusive, friendly space to practice and ensures yoga is accessible to all with safe modifications and plenty of individual attention. Justine take good care of everyone in her class - her teaching is detailed and methodical, and she encourages an attitude of lighthearted, enjoyable enquiry. She is passionate about inspiring students to confidently make the practice their own, to be fully awake and vibrant in their lives.

HOW TO BOOK
The schedule may be subject to small changes .
All meals are delicious, healthy vegetarian food. Teas, coffees, and fruit are available throughout the day.
The rooms are twin or triple (apart from the doubles pre-booked) and not all ensuite. They are attractively decorated in keeping with the period property but are not large. However, you will spend very little time in the bedrooms. There are beautiful shared spaces – the courtyard, beautiful large library, dining areas, conservatory and gardens.
