Enjoy the late summer weekend , and ease into Autumn with a weekend of slow flow yoga, pilates and wellness. From 3pm Friday to Sunday afternoon, you will have
the opportunity to enjoy six classes of slow flow yoga and pilates
classes, eat wonderful, home-made food and spend your free time
enjoying Tilton House, discovering the South Downs, Charleston
House (home to the Bloomsbury Group), or having a massage or a
private pilates/yoga class.
Your host for the weekend will be Karen Meek, who has been
teaching classes, 1:1 pilates and yoga for over 20 years.
Included in the cost is two nights in twin room accommodation, all
food and six pilates & yoga classes. Optional extras are massage
treatments and 1:1 pilates or yoga sessions.
