This weekend retreat will offer the time and space to immerse yourself in yoga practice, away from the busyness of your daily life. An opportunity to recentre and replenish body and mind.
Having initially been drawn to yoga by the physicality of the practice, Matt quickly found that yoga and meditation brought greater balance and awareness into his life. He now feels very lucky to help others discover the benefits and joys of yoga and mindfulness for themselves.
Matt’s down-to-earth and friendly approach takes inspiration from many sources. His classes are guided by the relationship of breath and movement and combine flowing sequences with playful elements and introspective enquiry, encouraging students to develop a deeper connection to their body and their present moment experience.
