Hannah originally trained as a professional dancer, in classical and contemporary dance.She was first introduced to Yoga and Pilates during my professional training, but it wasn't until sh had left my studies and began living life as a performer that she really began to commit herself to a regular Yoga practice. Life as a professional dancer, although wonderfully exciting, is incredibility hard, both on the body and mind. During this time she found that Yoga was time and time again saving me.
Yoga always brought me back to me. Yoga would remind me that my body and every body is a precious vessel for us to live our dreams and should be honored and loved.
The more awareness and gratitude we give to our body, the more focused and positive the mind becomes, thus allowing us to reach our goals and ambitions with love, courage and enjoyment. Yoga eventually became her passion and she decided to take it further!

Friday- Arrive around 3pm. Afternoon refreshment will be served and we will have a bit of a mingle! 5pm Yoga class. 7pm dinner, 8.30pm candle lit Yoga Nidra/Relaxation.
Saturday- 8-9am breakfast, 10am Morning Yoga class, 12pm Lunch, 1.30pm optional workshop, 4pm refreshment and snack, 7pm dinner, 8.30pm candle lit Yoga Nidra/Relaxation.
Sunday- 8-9am breakfast, 10am Morning Yoga, 12pm Lunch, 1am optional workshop/class, 3pm refreshment and snack, say our goodbyes.
£380 or early bird £360 if you book before 15th December

Yoga; Daily Yoga classes , 2 optional evening relaxation sessions and 2 optional workshops/activities.
Accommodation; Beautiful rooms with lovely views and high quality bed linen. All rooms are twin or triple bedded with shared bathroom facilities, pls enquire about single supplement rates.
Food; All meals will be lovely healthy vegetarian food, teas and refreshments also included in the price.
Massage: Treatments are available at an additional cost, please book this with Hana in advance so we can make arrangements.
Please note you will need to bring your own yoga mat
