Kick off your new year in the best way possible way with the ultimate post-festivities getaway led by yoga instructor and nutritional therapist Suzanne Cork. Think cosy yoga sessions by the log fire, delicious nourishing healthy food, inspiring workshops and the chance to get away from it all after the busy Christmas season and connect with other like minded individuals.

Open to all levels of yoga experience, we will focus on releasing old unhealthy patterns and tensions and creating a positive mindset as set our intentions for the year ahead. Nourish your body through our physical asana practice in the yoga sessions, calm and focus your mind with our guided meditations and mindfulness sessions and inspire your soul with our group workshops taking place in the stunning surroundings of Tilton House.

You will leave the weekend feeling renewed, recharged and ready for the year ahead!

Passionate about all things healthy and an advocate for organic living, Suzanne is a yoga instructor, certified nutritional therapist (and a corporate lawyer in a past life!) who specialises in creating innovative holistic events and retreats in Dubai and the UK for women who need to reground, relax and recharge. Suzanne is currently completing her 500 hour advanced training with Tiffany Cruikshank (Yoga Medicine) learning how to use yoga to improve or heal injuries and medical conditions.A new mum to her beautiful daughter Olivia who arrived in February 2016, in her quieter moments (which are fewer these days) you might find her wandering around her favourite organic markets, experimenting with and creating new recipes or snapping away on her camera.


Your Retreat start Friday at 5pm (arrive anytime from 3pm) and ends Sunday at 3pm. It includes all of the below:

        Two nights accommodation

        Nutritious, local and organic meals (sugar-free) prepared by our personal chef

        Morning invigorating yoga sessions

        Evening restorative yoga sessions

        Bedtime guided meditations to relax and still your mind for a deep and restful sleep.

        Yoga Posture Workshop – learn the in depth anatomy of certain postures, their benefits and how to do them right!

        Release & Renew Circle – a powerful (optional) sharing group circle where we hold the space to listen to other’s stories and can share our own aka – get things off your chest!

        Essential Oils Workshop – an informal session (think cosy socks and herbal tea!) where you can sample and learn how to use the oils to enhance your detox.

        Nature walk

        Unlimited access to Tilton’s stunning grounds and outdoor sauna
