Ignite Your Yoga & Your Vision for 2019 Retreat
Take time out for yourself, ‘ME’ time on this wonderful, inspiring weekend retreat to relax and rejuvenate your body, mind and soul in a beautiful space, eating healthy nutritious food, in good supported company surrounded by the abundance of nature.
This weekend will be for YOU to be inspired to create that special space to plan and set your intentions, resolutions or goals, in yoga known as ‘sankalpa’ for your vision of what you would like to happen for you in 2019.
On this weekend retreat we will be applying in a simple and practical way, the ‘nectar of self-awareness’ through the yoga practise, breath, movement, meditation, relaxation and visualisation in a fun and relaxing way to realising how your self-awareness allows you to observe your thoughts, emotions and behaviour in a kind, loving, compassionate and encouraging way (in yoga the above is known as your ‘samskaras – your mind grooves / thought pathways that can be positive or negative ‘ ).
Likewise, we will look at why you want this vision and the possible obstacles that might arise and how you might prepare yourself for those obstacles while still remaining focused on your goal. This will include looking at your daily habits/ rituals, your thoughts, emotions and behaviour whether they are helpful or unhelpful to you to move forward to achieving your goals.
This will be explored in your Creative Vision Group Coaching and Yoga sessions and most importantly, in your ‘ME’ time over the weekend, finding your special cosy place maybe by the fire with a warm mug of tea or by the window with the view of the South Downs or in the Cedar Wood Sauna to take space physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually to reflect, plan and be inspired to take action, to breathing life into your dreams, your goals and your intentions for 2019 to move you forward from now, the present, the gift of the moment into the future, our vision.

Anne Marie is a movement specialist with an extensive knowledge and experience of the body and mind.
Currently, she teaches Yoga and Pilates and works as an Associate Lecturer two days a week teaching Body/ Mind movement practises to undergraduate acting students at Chichester University.
Likewise, Anne Marie is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Coach and she runs workshops in Stress Management, Resilience and Wellbeing

You can BOOK your place Now as Spaces are Limited. To reserve your space, you will need to fill out a BOOKING FORM and PAY A DEPOSIT OF £150 (non-refundable) and then the final balance will be required five weeks before prior to the retreat.
