Yoga Immersion Weekend SOLD OUT with Fiona Condie next one running in April 2020

Yoga with Fiona is excited to invite 10 guests to join me for a weekend of Yoga and nourishment for your mind and body.


Friday 1st March – Sunday 3rd March 2019 – 10 PLACES AVAILABLE

£375 EARLY BIRD – Book before November 2018, £395 if booked after – based on sharing a twin bedded room.

£475 EARLY BIRD – Book before November 2018, £495 if booked after – based on a single private room (only 3 available)


All yoga focus sessions as offered in the schedule
Two nights of accommodation in in stunning high quality rooms with spectacular views.
Six meals in total – 2 dinners, 2 lunches and 2 breakfasts (dietary focus shown below)
Use of the Cedar Wood Sauna (6 at a time)


Optional massage treatment which is recommended as part of your immersion experience. Must be pre-booked


Arriving from 3 pm allowing ample time to group and settle. 5 pm Yoga class based on grounding, welcoming and settling. 7 pm dinner (see below for dietary focus) 8.30 pm candle lit Yoga Nidra.


7 am – optional silent / pranayama time. 8 – 9 am Breakfast 10am – 12 pm – Invigorating yoga session. 12.30pm lunch – 1.30 optional Yoga workshop with a focus suited to the group attending. Between 3pm – 7 pm there is space for guided walks (weather depending) – time to enjoy a Cedar Wood Sauna (included in price) – or book a massage in the beautiful treatment room (priced separately – pre booking required). 7 pm dinner – 8.30 pm candle lit hared mindful session based on personal realization of our intentions for Yoga practice.


7 am – optional silent / pranayama focus. 8 – 9 am Breakfast 10am – 12 pm – yoga session bringing together our shared evolved practice. 12.30 pm lunch. 1.30 pm shared time of reflection to close the weekend and prepare for our goodbyes. 3 pm refreshment and snack available as we leave.


The chefs at Tilton House offer first class cuisine using seasonal vegetables and catering possibilities for any dietary requirements. Over this weekend detoxifying meals will be vegetarian and/or vegan where required. With the exception of breakfast, all meals will be provided as sugar, dairy and gluten free to give you the best clarity of mind and body.
