Life can get pretty hectic with all its many demands - trying to balance our home life with our work life. We often spend so much time seeing to other people's needs, our own are often last on the list. I am a firm believer that everyone can benefit from some time out every so often - to restore, rebalance and recharge - to pause and breathe - to then return to our "regular" lives feeling rested yet rejuvenated, revitalised and ready to go.

SARAH is delighted to announce she will be hosting a Yoga Retreat in late Spring 2019 - a relaxing, yet rejuvenating, weekend away. Join her for a weekend of wonderful yoga, fantastic vegetarian food and great company. Each day there will be a pre-breakfast (not too early!!) and pre-dinner yoga practice, led by Sarah, with plenty of time in between to spend as you wish - resting, reading, walking (you can walk up to the South Downs from the house), or enjoying one of the amazing massages or holistic treatments that are on offer (these are at extra cost). Tilton House is a very special place and I have stayed there twice before. Each time has been truly magical. So treat yourself to a few days away and give yourself some time to stretch, breathe and relax!
All rooms are twin rooms and all have plenty of character with views over either the Sussex Weald or the South Downs. Only one room has an ensuite and this is available at a slightly higher cost. There are shared bathrooms for the other rooms. Towels are provided. We will have sole use of the house for the duration of our stay.
All 6 meals and unlimited tea/coffee and fruit are included in the price. The food is vegetarian and is absolutely delicious as well as healthy and nutritious. Please advise of any specific dietary requirements so you can be catered for accordingly. Much of the produce is picked fresh from Tilton Houses' kitchen garden and it is all prepared and cooked on site. Alcohol will not be served over the weekend - think of it as a mini detox! All yoga classes are included in the price. Massages are available at extra cost (but well worth it, talking from experience!). There is plenty of time to explore the local area, including the neighbouring Charleston House, should you wish.
You are welcome to arrive from 3pm on the Friday (31st May) with our official welcome and first yoga practice beginning at 5.30pm. The weekend ends at 3pm on Sunday 2nd June. T

- Ensuite twin room (only one room available) - £390 per person "Early Bird" price; £410 thereafter.
A £100 deposit is required to secure your place. The balance is required by 5th April 2019, 8 weeks before the retreat.
