As we are ushered into a new season there is an invitation to recalibrate. At the Autumn equinox, light and darkness are balanced here on earth, reflecting a deeper spiritual and psychological yearning for harmony. Imogen will lead you through a retreat that will help you gracefully make the transitions necessary to align with the shifting seasons. She will guide you through sequences to help you embrace the movement of the nature around you - simultaneously helping you take a careful look at which of your crops did well this year and which didn't. Which crops will you choose to replant next year?
By paying attention to intention setting and during a thoughtful series of grounding practices.... vinyasa, yin, restorative, meditation and more... you will slow down and set about planning what you would like to see as an outcome of the changes happening around you and inside you at this time of year.
Give yourself permission to fall into you this autumn.
