During your wellness weekend, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a flowing yoga practise and pilates classes, eat wonderful, home-made vegetarian food and spend your free time enjoying Tilton House, discovering the South Downs, Charleston House (home to the Bloomsbury Group), having a massage or a private pilates/yoga class, the outdoor sauna or to simply put your feet up and soak up the surroundings.
Classes will take place in the woodland Yurt.
Karen has over 20 years experience teaching & practising pilates and yoga, and is looking forward to sharing the benefits of both with you during the weekend.
