My love of yoga started when I was a child, and I’ve spent decades studying the practice. I draws on a variety of movement styles, sequences are playful and creative and designed to help students loosen up. My approach is designed to increase confidence and integrate body, breath and mind.
Expect a beautiful weekend of Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative and Yin Yoga. Yoga Nidra, pranayama, guided meditations, journaling and walks. See you there!
