Our morning yoga is nurturing yet dynamic with a more gentle and restorative approach later in the day. Meditation and Yoga Nidra also included and welcome people at all levels and capabilities.

My love of yoga started when I was a child, and I’ve spent decades studying the practice. I draws on a variety of movement styles, sequences are playful and creative and designed to help students loosen up. My approach is designed to increase confidence and integrate body, breath and mind.
