Escape from your daily routine and join us for a weekend away. You will to participate in healthy activity, expand your health and wellness knowledge, and learn about your mindset, behaviours, habits and why we do the things we do. All this, whilst surrounded by beautiful scenery, amazing food and some jolly good company!
This weekend programme has been designed to be a catalyst for positive change. It will allow you take a moment to yourself, free of disruption and noise, both literal and figurative! There will be lots of physical activity, nutrition teaching and mindset coaching session,s as well as time to relax, socialise and explore our surroundings.
