Through a thoughtful series of flowing yoga practices, fluid free movement, powerful breath work, deep meditation practices, high vibrational sound healing & more we will free up our own inner listening to allow for a channeling of deep healing self healing and restoring, supported by one another and the nature around us.

All meals are freshly prepared, healthy and nurturing to support your active weekend. Using organic and local produce, the foods during this weekend help support your wellbeing, cleansing and nourishing the body form the inside out and creating balance within.
Yoga classes are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
Yoga classes are taught by one of our co-founders Natasha Moutran. Natasha's teaching style is creative, encouraging and nurturing. The morning sessions are energising, fun and just the right amount of challenging with a lighthearted manner, leaving you feeling relaxed and smiling. Evening sessions are restorative and balancing to help calm the nervous system and restore body, mind and soul. Natasha aims to inspire people and support them in becoming the best version of themselves through the work that she offers.

To book your space on this retreat we require a non refundable deposit of £150 to confirm your booking. Alternatively if you would like to pay the full amount upfront please get in touch and we will send you the details to do this.
Your balance payment is due by 27th September and we will send you a gentle reminder of to make this payment either online or via a bank transfer.
You are welcome to arrive on the Friday 4th from 3pm to settle in and the retreat starts with an evenings practice at 6pm on the Friday evening. Our retreat comes to a close on Sunday at around 1pm after lunch.
Off the A27 midway between Eastbourne and Brighton, 7 miles east of Lewes, between the villages of Firle and Selmeston. Take the turn off the A27 sign-posted “Charleston Farmhouse”. Go over the cattle grid and follow the broken private road.Go PAST the turn off for Charleston Farmhouse.After which the road bends left, with the South Downs on your right.As soon as you reach a barn directly in front of you, take a small track LEFT past signs FIRLE ESTATE PRIVATE.Continue on to the end and over the cattle grid onto a gravel driveway. You are at Tilton House. Park up and call at the front door.

In the event of your cancellation
60 days or more prior to the retreat: Your entire payment will be refunded, less £150 which is your deposit.
59-30 days prior to the retreat: Payments are not refundable, but are transferable (less £150 deposit) to a future retreat.
29 days or less prior to the retreat: Payments are not refundable.
