Treat your mind and body to a luxurious yoga weekend. We will be hosting a varied programme of yoga classes, meditation and relaxation, with great vegan food and opportunities for holistic treatments. Led by experienced practitioners Charlie Griffin and Hannah Lee Weller, the yoga classes are grounded in Hatha and Vinyasa styles, and suitable for all levels. Our approach is inclusive and encouraging, allowing time for personal adjustments, and opportunities to explore poses, develop your confidence and really deepen your practice.
In addition, there will be optional early morning meditation, evening yoga relaxation, workshops, sauna, and beautiful walks in the South Downs. Yoga sessions are held in the beautiful yurt, nestled in the gardens a short walk from the house – making classes here a really magical experience.
Om Retreats is a non-profit organisation. All proceeds from our retreats allow us to run further events for vulnerable and charity groups.
