OUTLINE

Join Karen for a weekend of nutritional therapy along with specialists from the worlds of movement, yoga and meditation. All the sessions have been curated to help you set fresh intentions for 2020 without self judgement, just kindness. No dieting or unrealistic goal setting just a gentle reset that will stay with you past the end of January and beyond.

Nutritional therapy

4 workshops by me which I hope will resonate with you at this crazy diet/health fad time of year: busting the diet myth, finding balance: resilience through food, we are what we digest (not what we eat), food for abundant energy.

Movement

A candlelit revitialising vinyasa yoga session in the woodland yurt.

A training session in the yurt from Lucy Pinto, coach and The Box co-founder.

Mind

A candlelit guided meditation set in the woodland yurt to help us set new intentions for 2020.

Nourishment for mind and body

Fully catered by the wonderful Planted team using in season produce especially designed to help support detoxification and abundant energy. All the food will be gluten free and plant based.

There will be a 5 course vegan tasting menu held on the Saturday night.

Gifting: a welcome goodie bag full of treats.

I'm also hoping we can do some moon bathing one evening around the firepit under a canopy of stars, so bring your woolly hats!

You can opt to do as little or as much as you like- it's your Retreat so you might just want to recline in the conservatory and read a book! Tilton House is a wonderful space, once owned by John Maynard Keynes and his wife, both part of the Bloomsbury set; Charleston is two lanes away!

Check in: 3pm Friday 17th for a 4pm start.

Float out: 3pm Sunday 19th.
