What would you like to bring into your life in 2020? Entering the New Year is the perfect time to take stock of where you are, reset your system and set new intentions for the future.
This energising cleanse retreat just after new year offers you 7 sessions throughout the 4 days – moving through Hatha, Dynamic and Yin Yoga, alongside Meditation, Pranayama, the use of Affirmations and Yoga Nidra, plus self enquiry exercises.
The ancient vedic text the Upanishads tells us that everything that happens begins with the power of intention…“You are what your deepest desire is. As your desire is, so is your intention. As your intention is, so is your will. As your will is, so is your deed. As your deed is, so is your destiny.” So by setting powerful intentions and gifting ourselves with the space to reset in this way we enter 2019 in the way we intend to move on.
Your cleanse will be supported by the nutritious food created by our in house chef.
During your stay you will have ample free time for massages by our therapists using our own Department of Wellbeing products and access to the on site sauna.
Alternatively you can invigorate yourself with a walk on the South Downs, or take a stroll up to Charleston Farmhouse and discover a little Bloomsbury History.
ABOUT ANNA
Anna Brook is a yoga teacher based in Lewes. She runs regular retreats at Tilton and elsewhere with Sally Parkes Yoga, alongside Tilton in house retreats. She teaches a range of styles and has a 200 hr yoga teaching qualification alongside having trained on the 170 hr ‘Teach Meditation’ training with Swami Saradananda, Yin Teacher Training (Louise Windsor), Yoga Nidra Foundation (Uma Dinsmore Tuli), Hatha Pregnancy Yoga (Sally Parkes), Unity Partner Yoga (Sevanti) and has studied with Edward Clark of Tripsichore in his unique dynamic and flowing style.
