Summer Yoga Retreat with Julia Moore £tbc

  • Tilton House Firle BN8 6LL (map)

This is the sixth year of Julia hosting retreats here.

With no need to worry about work, caring for others, battling traffic or even cooking for yourself, something rather special happens. You’ll realise that you’re releasing layers of bodily tension and your mind gets progressively clearer and calmer.

Julia teams up with her partner Alistair Smith, a sound healer and composer, to offer a variety of yoga, somatic, meditation and sound bathing practices. These work together to refresh your mind, body and spirit. These weekends are ideal for experienced yoga student who’d like a more somatic approach. Or for enjoying with a friend or relative who is entirely new to yoga. You’ll both feel the benefits!
