Late May Yoga Retreat with Sarah Greenall from £375



The food is a definite highlight of our weekend at Tilton! All 6 meals and unlimited tea/coffee and fruit are included in the price. The vegetarian food is absolutely delicious as well as healthy and nutritious. Specific diets can be catered for if necessary. Much of the produce is picked fresh from Tilton House's kitchen garden and it is all prepared and cooked on site.

All yoga classes are included in the price. Classes will be 90 minutes long and take place in the Yurt. Mats and props will be provided but do bring your own if you prefer. I am also a qualified Meditation teacher and will offer some meditation practice as well as yoga over the weekend.

Arrival is from 3pm on the Friday with our official welcome at 5.30pm. The weekend ends at 3pm on the Sunday.

PRICES - price per person, based on sharing a twin room:
- May 2020 prices (as per 2019): £375 Early Bird Discount (payable up until 31st December 2019, £395 thereafter) to share a twin room with a shared bathroom; £390 Early Bird Discount (payable up until 31st December 2019, £410 thereafter) for the one ensuite twin room
- May 2021 prices to be advised
- All yoga, meditation, meals, tea and coffee are included in the price. Massages or other holistic treatments are extra, paid directly to the therapist.
