This nourishing weekend will provide rest and reflection, and allow space for positive changes that are balancing at the edge of your curiosity. Come and find your inner lion heart!

Leave behind the stresses of your daily life to relax mind and body and spend time unwinding on this peaceful weekend retreat. Open to all levels of yoga experience, this retreat will encourage you to explore pranayama, yoga asana and meditation, where the focus will be on letting go.
