Tess has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Whilst training as an actress she discovered yoga as a means to gain grounding and find calm and focus for the mind. Her regular practice has always been a huge part of her life as a way to sustain a connection and control over her body and breath.
Tess trained to teach yoga in Morocco with Yogahaven and more recently took the leap to complete her Ashtanga training in India at the Tattvaa Yogashala under the guidance of Yogi Kamal Singh. Tess’s aim as a yoga teacher is to encourage others to find stillness, connection and focus whilst having fun flowing, balancing and flying on their mats.’
