Away from the every day hassles of life this retreat will give you the time and space to develop, discover and explore your Yoga to new level. Energising Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes in the morning and calming Yoga Nidra and Relaxation by candle light in the evening.
There will be an additional themed workshop during the day as well as plenty of time and space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Suitable for all levels of experience.
