A weekend for you to ‘retreat’ and leave your daily chores behind. A weekend to totally relax. A weekend to take part in pilates classes and learn about your body and this amazing technique. “Thank you for the most wonderful weekend Suzanne. You made us feel welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The venue was perfect and the classes were so much fun and informative. Your attention to technique really helped me move in ways I didn’t think were possible! My body and mind haven’t felt this alive and calm for years. “ Lynne, 2015
