A weekend of nurturing yoga asana, pranayama and meditation practices to support your energy levels, immune function and emotional/psychological equilibrium as we shift into the colder, busy autumnal season. Colds/coughs, lethargy and feelings of overwhelm are not inevitable!
On this retreat we will explore dynamic, energising yoga practice balanced with more restorative, slow flow yoga, breathing and mindfulness practices which you can continue with take-home guidance.
Allow yourself the time and space to rejuvenate and deeply rest in a beautiful relaxing environment, which offers cosy log fires, a sauna, lovely gardens and stunning Downland walks, with delicious organic food from an award winning chef. Our weekend also offers massages and one-to-one nutritional consultations for a comprehensive wellness reboot.
The aim is for you to leave on Sunday feeling refreshed and relaxed, confident that you have some easy-to-use tools to maintain your vitality and a sense of centred calm, and inspired by deeper insights into how your yoga practice can more powerfully support your life.

Suitable for experienced practitioners and newer yogis with at least 6 months yoga experience
Justine is a highly qualified yoga teacher with 16 years of dedicated practice and eight yearsfull-time teaching experience. She teaches dynamic alignment-focused hatha yoga, integrating the slower nurturing practices of pranayama (breathing exercises), restorative yoga and mindfulness meditation to create a balanced experience of wellbeing for body, mind and heart. She creates an inclusive, friendly space to practice and ensures yoga is accessible to all with safe modifications and plenty of individual attention. Justine take good care of everyone in her class - her teaching is detailed and methodical, and she encourages an attitude of lighthearted, enjoyable enquiry. She is passionate about inspiring students to confidently make the practice their own, to be fully awake and vibrant in their lives.
As a self-confessed summer person, Justine has spent many years refining yoga practices to support vitality through the colder, darker seasons and is happy to be able to share this experience on this retreat.
