Enjoy a long-weekend retreat indulging in yoga, vegetarian meals and quality time. Beautiful Georgian country house nestled underneath the South Downs and edged by woodland with far reaching views across the Sussex Weald, your venue sits impressively in the natural landscape.
 
Tilton offers an energizing, creative and carefree space for a maximum of 14 students. During this weekend, there will be a total of seven yoga classes taking place in the beautiful 26ft Yurt. In between classes and meals, enjoy optional treatments or explore the five acres of Sussex countryside allowing you to do as much or as little as you please. For booking enquiry click here

ABOUT NATASHA

Natasha Kerry teaches a variety of Yoga practices from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama and Meditation.
 
Natasha’s Yoga is an approachable, fun but deep-working exploration of the juiciest methods in which to open the body to it’s fullest potential, create muscular strength and flexibility, and most importantly, reconnect to your happiest and most peaceful self.
 
As one of London’s leading Yoga teachers, Natasha takes great pleasure in creating events and opportunities for busy Londoners to reconnect to stillness and inward reflection and hosts frequent workshops and retreats in her unique and transformative style of Yoga.
 
As well as being passionate about the science behind Yoga and anatomy, Natasha draws upon universal teachings on the body, mind and spirit from Buddhism, Taoism and Tantra. She imparts all she has learned in an open and compassionate way whilst holding space for her students to go deeper and attain sweet releases on the mat.
 
Natasha speaks to all levels and abilities, whether you are beginner or seasoned practitioner, you will gain new techniques and insight during your weekend away with her.

SCHEDULE

The welcome class will be at 6pm Friday however, you will be able to check in at any time from 3pm. The retreat finishes at 3pm Monday.
 
Yoga with Natasha will take place in the beautiful 26ft Yurt. Natasha’s morning classes will take inspiration from Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. They aim to cultivate clarification in the mind, wake up the core and the deep stabiliser muscles, improve posture and ease muscular tension. Natasha breaks down each pose so that it is accessible to all and gives options for every level.
 
Natasha’s evening Yin classes aim to create space in the fascial web of the body, nourish the joints, calm the nervous system and enliven the flow of Ch’I energy around the body. Her classes are infused with philosophy and spiritual sharings that are relatable to life.

FOOD

On site kitchen garden, Tilton aim to use as much home grown, fresh seasonal
produce as possible in their menus. All meals will be vegetarian and super delicious
prepared by their on-site chef. Rehydrate with water from a spring on the Downs.
Any dietary requirements can be accommodated.
 
The retreat will include eight chef cooked meals over this long-weekend.
Infinite supply of tea, coffee, fruit and snacks for anything in between meals.

As with all Scandoir retreats, unless you know someone else you’d like to share with, you are more than welcome to come along on your own. Lots of people do and the atmosphere is always great for everyone. We will just team you up in a shared room with someone suitable.
 
For triple* rooms – this need to be booked as a 3 – letting us know the people you wish to share with at the time of making the booking.

BOOKING TERMS

A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to confirm your place. The balance is due no less than 6 weeks prior to the event. Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to the event must be paid in full.

In the event of cancellation
6 weeks or more prior to the retreat date: Your entire payment will be refunded, less £150 which is your deposit.
6-4 weeks prior to the retreat date: payments are not refundable, but are transferable (less deposit) to a future Scandoir retreat.
4 weeks or less prior to the retreat date: payments are not refundable.
