Pilates & mindfulness retreat

Join Nicola for a weekend of pilates, relaxation, chat and good food in the stunning setting of Tilton House in the South Downs. A chance to absorb the beautiful surroundings, detox from technology, unwind and recharge.

In between classes there will be time to explore the area, take a walk (or a nap), laze around in your joggers and read a book, chat to a new friend or warm yourself up in the cedar sauna. Organic, seasonal and nourishing food is provided throughout your stay with plenty of cups of tea and the odd slice of cake!

You're welcome to do as much or as little as you want to but most importantly this is a weekend focused on YOU!

It was such a nourishing, inspiring and peaceful weekend. Everything about it was perfect - the group of ladies were so supportive and lovely. Nicola was the perfect host and the accommodation was beautiful. I have woken up feeling like I have worked every muscle in my body which is great. I feel calmer and happier and have taken a lot from the mindfulness workshop to make small changes in my daily routine. Thanks Nicola for everything, it was wonderful!

The Retreat

There will be a variety of pilates classes taught over the weekend and hopefully something for everyone. Mornings will start with an energising and uplifting class to get us going using some of the small equipment (band, over-ball, toning circle). More gentler classes saved for the late afternoon with deep stretches, as well as guided meditation sessions. There's no need to be a pro, classes will be for all levels.

During the weekend there will be a mindfulness workshop. A very informal gathering where we will come together, sit down with a cuppa and embrace ourselves, listen to new ideas and share thoughts. 

In the evening we'll come together, have a well deserved drink before sitting down to a nourishing, heart warming meal freshly prepared for us. Hot drinks and healthy snacks available throughout the day.

Don't forget to bring:

Wellies or walking boots, Slippers, a book, swimsuit for the sauna...

Terms & Conditions

If for any reason you cannot attend the retreat and need to cancel we will do our best to fill your place and fully refund you. This is not a guarantee and if we cannot fill your place the following cancellation fees apply:

60 days or more prior to the retreat: Your entire payment will be refunded, less £100 deposit.

59-30 days prior to the retreat: 50% of the retreat cost is refundable, less £100 deposit.

30 days or less prior to the retreat: Payments are not refundable.
