From the moment you join us we'll be helping you to leave the stress of every day life behind and the 3 of us will be on hand all weekend to answer your questions and help make your stay truly incredible.
Join Ruth for a delicious yoga weekend, encompassing asana (both mindful vinyasa flow and restorative), pranayama, mantra, mudra and yoga philosophy/meditation. There will be welcome session on Friday night, two practices on Saturday and 1-2 sessions on Sunday before departures at 3pm.
