We have shifted. We have all put our health central to our lives.

We wanted to run a retreat as close to a shared experience as we could, so after putting retreats together for the past 15 years, we now share with you our virtual version.

We have created a Virtual ONline retreat experience, guided by our team of experts to support you to reset your health and well-being, guided safely from the comfort of your own home. Full payment link to the course will be sent once it launches on the 10th December. The retreat will be available for unlimited use over 3 months.

Yoga Sessions & Sound Bath with Victoria Cooper

These will involve gentle stretching, focusing on conscious breath-work and re-balancing.

Nutritional talk with Karen Newby

“I often say to patients it's not what you take out of your diet, it's what you put in that can have the biggest impact! Never underestimate the power of food to bring about health change! “

Core and resistance programme with Lucy Pinto

Using controlled resistance training we see how our bodies can gain strength through grounded movements with longevity in mind – our planes of motion take limited stress on the mind and body with life changing results.

Switching our focus to the trunk, core strength is essential for good posture, stability and preventing injuries. We look beyond the stress inducing crunch and learn how our core can be used to accelerate a healthy, happy lifestyle.

This retreat is run by our sister company, Department of Wellbeing…

Hiking/ Walking

Led by Tiltons’ own Shaun Treloar you will be taken on guided hikes along rugged coastal paths, and across the South Downs National Park, and Firle Beacon, he’ll talk you through some of his favourite and least explored routes, offering guidance on breathing and walking in a healthy manner.

To make this an interactive experience, we invite you to download the STRAVA App, and share your experiences or walks during this event on our FB page, details of which will be supplied when booking.
